Update Commercial Information

Commercial information refers to both contract and accounting information regarding a job. To update a commercial information, which is represented by Job Commercial document, first go to Job Commercial list. From Commercial Desk, click button called Contract List.


Job Commercial list will be shown. Look in the list for the Job Commercial to be updated and click on it. The Job Commercial's details will be shown.


Update the Job Commercial's details accordingly. Refer to Job Commercial for details on each field. Take note that certain fields can only be updated by users with ESM Contract role, and certain fields can only be updated by users with ESM Accounting role.

Once details have been updated, click Save. The Job Commercial is now updated.
