Update Client/Customer Information
To update a Customer, first go to Customer list. From both Operation Desk and Commercial Desk, click button called Customer List
.
Customer list will be shown. Look in the list for the Customer to be updated and click on it. The Customer's details will be shown.
There are many details here, but the only relevant information would be Customer Name
, Customer Type
, Customer Code
, and Customer Number Code
. All other fields, tabs, and sections should be ignored. Refer to Customer for details on each field.
Once details have been updated, click Save
. The Customer is now updated.
