Manage User
Editing User's Details
This section can only be done by an admin. In Users
desk, click on User
to get to users list.
You'll see list of users. Click on the user that you wish to modify.
Under User Details
tab, modify any details as needed, such as names and time zone.
Take note that email for a user login cannot be changed. If a user wants to log in using another email, a new user should be created with the right email. The existing user can be deleted or disabled.
Editing User's Roles
To modify a user's role, go to Roles & Permissions
tab. Refer to User Roles for the right role for the user.
Editing User's Password
Refer to Change user password section.
