Overview
If a user needs help in using the system, having issues, or needs clarification regarding certain feature, there are a few ways to get help. Every user has access to Help Desk on the left side of the system. There are a few simple actions user can do here.
Submit Feedback
Clicking on Submit Feedback
button will navigate the user to a web form. Fill the form accordingly. Take note that there are a few possible types of feedback - please select them as applicable. Write your feedback/suggestion/issue as descriptive as possible. Our team will contact you for clarification or updates or discussion.
Help Center
Clicking on Help Center
button will navigate the user to this Help Center wiki. The Help Center has documentations and guides on the system features and how to use the system. If there's any suggestion on additional content to be put here, please submit feedback to our team.
