Job ID Standard Format
Overview
Job ID standard format is defined as below:
Client Code
-Year
/Client Number Code
/Running Number
(Running Number Per Contract
)
Running Number Per Contract is optional.
Examples of standard Job ID:
ABC-24/99/2(1)
PCSB-24/7/13
The system allows any text to be entered as Job ID, but Job ID suggestion feature may not work properly for next job of this client if standard format is not followed, until latest Job ID for the client follows the standard format again.
