Customer

Overview

Customer document is used to represent a client/customer. Details related to a client/customer should be maintained in this document.

Fields

Below is explanation on what each field in Customer document means. Words in squared bracket indicate the data type for the field.

Details Tab

• Customer Name [Text]
  Name of the customer/client. Preferably full company name e.g. Petronas Carigali Sdn. Bhd.

• Customer Type [Selection]
  Always choose Company for this.

• Customer Code [Text]
  Customer Code for the customer, used for first part in Job ID suggestion. Refer to Job ID Standard Format.

• Customer Number Code [Text]
  Customer Number Code for the customer, used for middle part in Job ID suggestion. Refer to Job ID Standard Format.

Ignore all other tabs, sections, and fields as they are not enabled yet and may produce warning dialogs if interacted with. It is safe to ignore the warnings.
