Remove User
Overview
In the event of a user leaving the company, or other cases that requires the account disabled, we can disable a user in the system. It is not recommended to delete a user, for historical purposes. In fact, if the user is already linked somewhere in the system (for example, being assigned a job), then the system will not allow the user to be deleted.
However, the user can be disabled. Disabled user will not be able to log in or appear anywhere else in the system. This is the recommended approach.
Disabling User
This section can only be done by an admin. In Users
desk, click on User
to get to users list.
You'll see list of users. Click on the user that you wish to disable.
Under User Details
tab, untick the Enabled
checkbox, and click Save
.
The user is now disabled.
